Various cuisines of the Republic of Turkiye are exhibited in conjunction with Turkish Cuisine Week. Held at the official residence of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkiye to Brunei Darussalam, a water marbling art or 'Ebru' demonstration was also held.
Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. Held annually on the last week of May, the Turkish Cuisine Week introduces the traditional cuisine of the Republic of Turkiye. Also present were His Excellency Professor Doctor Hamit Ersoy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkiye to Brunei Darussalam and Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Lela Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Dato Setia Haji Mohamed Taib, Speaker of the Legislative Council.
